Each workshop runs a practice project on real workplace scenarios (generic ones, not your org’s specific processes). Book a session on its own, or stack a few into a full programme.

Workshops charged at R12,000 per cohort of 12 people. Each additional session run is charged at R6,000 per cohort of up to 12.
01 /The AI Mindset Makeover
Help your team recognise where AI could fit into their work and feel more comfortable trying it. Participants leave with a framework for spotting opportunities and one specific behaviour to put into practice.
02 /Prompting Principles & Tricks
Understand how language models work and learn five principles for giving Copilot clearer instructions. Practice rewriting weak prompts to get more useful responses.
03 /Building a Copilot Agent
Learn when a custom agent is useful, how to write its instructions and what to include in its knowledge documents. Develop an agent idea during the session and leave with steps to build it. Focusses on simple agents built in Copilot with no automations.
04 /Ideation with AI
Use Copilot as a thinking partner for brainstorming and developing ideas. Practice advanced prompting techniques on a mock brief and learn to question and improve the suggestions you receive.
05 /Copilot in Your Workday: Word & Outlook
Explore ways to turn notes into drafts, summarise information and refine written communication. The session also covers selected catch-up and recap tasks in Teams.
06 /Copilot in Your Workday: Excel & PowerPoint
Explore introductory ways to understand spreadsheet information, get help with formulas and develop presentation outlines and first drafts.
07 /Copilot Cowork 101
Learn what Copilot Cowork is and how to use plugins, skills and automations to take your productivity to the next level.
08 /Create PowerPoint Presentations with Copilot
Use Copilot to help you design on-brand decks with Brand Kits, create design and storytelling skills and prompt for decks using imported knowledge sources.
The app-focused workshops can be mixed to suit your team, for example Word and PowerPoint. We recommend covering only two apps per session so as to not overwhelm the team.

Optional follow-up coaching
Keep working through the questions
Optional 60-minute follow-up coaching gives your team a place to bring questions and roadblocks as they apply what they’ve learned. It’s particularly useful for refining agent instructions and knowledge documents. Coaching sessions are charged at R4,800 per hour, no limit on attendees.
